Email is the main account identifier

New Pixel Life Online accounts use an email address as the primary sign-in identifier. Registration sends a verification code, and the account becomes easier to recover once that address is verified. Use an inbox you control and keep the address private; support will never need your password or one-time code.

An older username account can remain supported, but adding and verifying a recovery email is the sensible way to protect its cloud save. Two existing accounts with different progress are not automatically merged just because their display details look similar.

Google sign-in has a matching-email rule

Google sign-in is available where the provider is configured and the browser completes the consent flow. A first Google sign-in can reuse an account when the trusted, verified Google email matches the supported account flow. This prevents an unrelated Google identity from silently taking over another save.

If the Google window hangs, check that pop-ups are allowed for the site, finish the provider prompt in the same browser and return to the original tab. Do not paste a client secret into the game or send it in Feedback. If the provider cancels, try the email login route while preserving the same account identity.

Reset a password safely

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter the verified email. The recovery code expires after 10 minutes, so use the newest message and avoid requesting many codes at once. A previous recovery code cannot be retrieved later; keep any generated one-time code in a private password manager.

After a reset, prior sessions are invalidated. Sign in again on each device with the new credential and check the Cloud saved status. Never send a password, code or full authentication email to support or in a feedback report.

Account access is also eligibility access

The login flow asks for the adult and regional declarations required by the service. Pixel Life Online is intended for people outside mainland China who are at least 18 and legally adults where they live. Fictional table features have separate age and regional requirements. Read the current Terms and Privacy Policy before entering the game.

For a persistent access issue, report the visible error and browser context through the support or Feedback path. Account data export and deletion are available in Settings, and deletion is a permanent account action.
