退款政策REFUND POLICY

服务面向符合条款的海外成年人。牌桌另限真实玩家21+及牌桌协议所列地区。地区限制不取决于付费或退款。Service is for eligible overseas adults. Tables require real age 21+ and a region listed in the table agreement. Regional restrictions apply regardless of purchase or refund.

付款由 Creem 处理。付款后60天内可以申请无理由退款。退款或支付争议撤销支持者包的付费外观和额外栏位权益；第一栏位的免费云存档继续可用。

Creem handles payment. Refunds may be requested without a reason within 60 days of payment. Refunds or payment disputes revoke Supporter Pack cosmetics and extra-slot access. Free cloud saves for the first slot remain available.

1. 谁收款，谁退款 Who takes payment, who refunds it

本游戏所有付费内容都由 Creem（creem.io）作为 merchant of record 售出：它是票据上的卖方，负责收单、开具收据并处理相应税费。结账发生在 Creem 的页面上，卡号、账单信息等支付数据不经过本站，也不写入本游戏的数据库——我们保存账号安全记录、游戏存档、订单与权益记录，以及不含聊天或游戏正文的汇总计数（详见隐私政策第 2 条）。

All paid content in this Game is sold by Creem (creem.io) as merchant of record: Creem is the seller on the receipt, and it handles the card payment, the receipt and the related tax. Checkout runs on Creem's pages, so card numbers and billing details never pass through this site and are never written to this game's database — we retain account security records, game saves, order and entitlement records, and aggregate counts without message or gameplay text (see item 2 of the Privacy Policy).

• 你购买的支持者包（一次性 US$3.00，税费另计）权益被收回，付费主题、穿搭和摆件回退基础样式。装扮偏好保留，但不可继续应用付费外观。
  Your Supporter Pack entitlement (one-time US$3.00 before tax) is revoked. Premium room looks, outfits and decorations revert to base looks. Preferences are retained but do not grant premium access.
• 第一栏位的免费云存档继续保存，不因退款启用游戏天数限制。
  Free cloud saves for the first slot continue, with no in-game day cutoff introduced by a refund.
• 随入档附带的额外角色栏位「第二段人生」一起被收回，栏位里那一段人生随之停止可玩。如果你想在收回前把它导出留作记录，请在退款邮件里说明，我们会先把那一段人生发回给你。
  The extra character slot 第二段人生 that comes with the filing is revoked with it, and the life inside that slot stops being playable. If you want it exported and kept before that happens, say so in the refund email and we will send you that life first.
• 第一栏位中的免费玩法继续开放，仍适用相同资格及游戏规则。
  Free gameplay in the first slot remains available under the same eligibility and simulation rules.
• 账号本身继续存在，随时可以再买。
  The account itself stays, and you may buy again later.

4. 免费部分永远免费 The free game stays free

退款不会收回第一栏位的免费云存档、免费装扮或章节纪念品，也不会改变免费玩法的准入条件。额外栏位存档保留但暂停进入，详见服务条款。

A refund does not remove your first slot's free cloud save, free looks or chapter keepsakes, or change free gameplay eligibility. The extra slot's save is retained but access is locked. See the Terms of Service.

5. 超过 60 天，或者东西没到账 After 60 days, or if something did not arrive

60 天之后我们不再承诺退款，但仍会尽力处理问题：如果你买了入档却没有到账、栏位因为我们的故障被吞掉、或者付费内容按承诺的方式失灵，联系我们，我们会修好，修不好就退。重复、异常或对退款流程的滥用我们不欢迎，但它不会让你失去免费的那段人生。

Beyond 60 days we make no refund promise, but we still work on problems: if a filing never arrived, if our fault swallowed a slot, or if paid content fails to do what we promised, write to us — we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund it. Repeat or abnormal requests, or abuse of the refund route, are not welcome, but they will never cost you your free life.
