Your account owns the cloud save
A browser life simulator can keep a character available across devices when progress is stored with the account. Pixel Life Online sends the game state to its service after authenticated actions. The account, rather than a particular browser tab, is the place to return when you switch from a laptop to a phone.
This is different from assuming that every visible change has already reached the server. The save indicator can show Cloud saved, Save pending, Saving or an offline retry state. Treat Cloud saved as the point at which it is reasonable to close the tab or continue on another device.
The safest device-switch routine
Before leaving the first device, finish the current action and wait for the save status to settle. On the second device, sign in with the same verified email account or the same supported Google account. Let the game load the server state before making a new change. A fresh tab may need a moment to restore the latest character and city information.
Do not create a second account because a page appears empty, and do not keep changing a stale tab while another device is saving. Those actions create two separate progress paths rather than combining them. If the account list or character screen looks wrong, stop and check the signed-in identity first.
What a conflict message means
When the interface says Conflict; reload, the server has a newer accepted state than the tab is holding. Follow the reload instruction so the tab reads that state. Reloading can discard unsaved local actions, but continuing from an old copy cannot safely merge two versions of a life.
A conflict is a save-order problem, not a gameplay penalty. After reloading, check the character's date, cash, housing and recent event log. Then make one small action and wait for Cloud saved. If the conflict repeats, report the visible message and approximate action sequence through Feedback without including account secrets.
Account recovery matters more than the browser
If you cannot access the cloud save, use Forgot password with the verified email on the account. New email registrations require verification, and recovery codes are one-time credentials that should be stored privately. Google sign-in can help only when the trusted Google email matches the supported account flow.
Cloud saves are fictional gameplay records. They are not a backup service for unrelated files, and they do not guarantee recovery after an account is deleted. Review the Privacy Policy and account settings for export and deletion controls before making a permanent change.
