注册或登录前请阅读条款、隐私政策和资格声明。本条款说明免费玩法、可选支持者包的内容，以及游戏虚拟货币与牌桌的规则，覆盖网站、云存档服务和游戏内功能。

Read these terms, the privacy policy and eligibility declarations before signing up or signing in. These terms explain free gameplay, the optional Supporter Pack and fictional currency and table rules. They cover the website, cloud save service and in-game features.

1. 免费是默认状态 Free is the default

牌桌面向已开放的21个国家，并受独立的牌桌准入协议及完整地区名单约束：真实年龄21岁以上且达到当地成年年龄、地区资格及每次进入前主动确认。美国华盛顿州及属地、加拿大魁北克、北爱尔兰，以及无法确认有效美国、加拿大、英国下属地区时不可进入。其他未开放国家不可进入；当前状态以服务端准入结果为准。

Tables cover 21 supported countries under the separate Table Access Agreement and full regional list: real age 21+, local adulthood, regional eligibility and affirmative confirmation each visit. Washington state and US territories, Quebec, Northern Ireland, and unverified US/Canadian/UK subdivisions are excluded. Other unlisted countries are unavailable. Server eligibility determines current availability.

本页“免费”和内容清单均受服务资格、实际开放功能、安全措施及适用法律限制；这些限制对免费和付费账号一致适用。

References to free play and content lists are subject to eligibility, actual feature availability, security measures and applicable law. These limits apply equally to free and paid accounts.

服务资格：仅限中国大陆以外、已满18岁且达到所在地法定成年年龄的用户。登录前须主动确认资格并接受条款。中国大陆及无法确认地区时不提供游戏服务；不得通过代理或虚假声明规避限制。牌桌另受上述年龄和地区要求限制。

Eligibility: gameplay is for people aged at least 18 and legally adult locally, who neither reside in nor access from mainland China. Confirm eligibility and accept these terms before sign-in. Gameplay is unavailable in mainland China or when region cannot be verified. Do not evade restrictions. Tables have the additional age and regional limits above.

城市、职业与面试、住房、虚拟市场、经营、人际关系和剧情等玩法免费，并受游戏内精力、时间和资格规则限制。可以免费重新开始新人生。可选支持者包提供一个并行角色栏位和列明的外观装扮。

Cities, careers and interviews, housing, simulated markets, businesses, relationships and story events are free to play, subject to in-game energy, timing and eligibility rules. Starting a new life is free. The optional Supporter Pack adds one parallel character slot and the listed cosmetics.

当前人生的云存档免费，不按游戏天数停止记录。遗产、转世和排行榜按同样规则向免费及付费账号提供。网络故障或尚未提交的进度仍可能丢失，请留意存档状态。

Cloud saves for your current life are free, with no in-game day cutoff. Inheritance, reincarnation and leaderboard rules are the same for free and paid accounts. Network failures and unsaved changes can still cause progress loss; check the save status.

外观可先预览，免费房间配色、穿搭和章节纪念品对所有玩家开放。购买不会收回现有免费云存档，也不会改变免费玩法的准入条件。

Preview cosmetics before buying. Free room looks, outfits and chapter keepsakes are available to all players. Purchases do not remove existing free cloud saves or change access requirements for free gameplay.

2. 可选付费内容：支持者包 Optional purchase: Supporter Pack

付款不提供游戏现金、财产、属性提升、复活、随机开箱或概率道具，也不会提高牌桌胜率、面试或晋升概率。所有账号适用相同的游戏规则。

Payment provides no in-game cash, assets, stat boosts, revival, random boxes or odds items, and does not improve table, interview or promotion odds. The same simulation rules apply to every account.

关于「第二段人生」这个名字：它不是续命。游戏里的人生结束时，你可以免费重新开始新的一局，按规则带走上一局的遗产，但那一段被清掉的人生不会回来——任何时候都不存在「花钱保住刚死掉的那一局」这种选项。付费栏位提供的是另一段从头开始的平行人生，一件可以旁观的事情，不是一张复活券。

About the name 第二段人生: it is not a resurrection. When a life ends you may start a new one for free, carrying the estate the rules allow, and the wiped life does not come back — there is no option, at any price, to keep a life that just died. The paid slot offers another life that starts from the beginning in parallel: something to watch, not a ticket back.

购买入口是否可用以游戏内显示及支付平台状态为准。请从已登录账号发起购买。结账由 Creem 承载，适用税费及最终金额在结账页确认；平台审核或故障可能导致结账暂不可用。只有服务端验签确认付款后才开通权益，返回游戏页面本身不代表付款成功。

Purchase availability depends on the in-game entry and the payment provider's status. Start a purchase from your signed-in account. Creem hosts checkout and displays applicable taxes and the final total. Provider review or outages may make checkout unavailable. Entitlements activate only after the server verifies payment; returning to the game alone does not confirm payment.

3. 账号是个人的，不得转让 Accounts are personal and not transferable

一个账号只归注册并使用它的那个人。你不能出售、出租、转让、共享或以任何方式把账号（包括已购买的入档状态与第二段人生栏位）交给别人使用，也不能收购别人的账号。存档与账号绑定，转手带来的纠纷我们无法处理，也会作为终止服务的正当理由。注册与游玩均无需真实身份信息，也不面向任何交易场景。

An account belongs only to the person who registered and plays it. You may not sell, rent, transfer, share or otherwise hand an account — including a filed (入档) status or a purchased second-life slot — to another person, and you may not buy somebody else's. Saves are bound to the account; disputes from reselling are not something we can act on, and they are a legitimate ground for ending service. Registration and play require no real identity and serve no trading market.

设置支持恢复码、修改密码、数据导出和需密码确认的账号删除。新邮箱注册需验证码；忘记密码可使用已验证邮箱或此前生成的恢复码。旧用户名账号可在设置绑定恢复邮箱。恢复码只显示一次，使用后失效。人工请求会核验账号控制权，请勿发送密码、验证码或恢复码。

Settings supports recovery codes, password changes, data export and password-confirmed account deletion. New email registrations require verification. Reset a password with the verified email or a previously generated recovery code. Legacy username accounts can verify a recovery email in Settings. Recovery codes appear once and are consumed on use. Manual requests require proof of account control. Never send passwords, verification codes or recovery codes.

4. 虚拟货币与牌桌限制 Virtual currency and table restrictions

牌桌仅在上述首批地区向符合资格的用户开放。不支持真钱充值、提现或现实奖励，并不能证明所有地区都允许模拟博彩。游戏角色年龄不等于玩家真实年龄。扩展地区或引入付费、奖品、交易前须重新审查。

Tables are limited to eligible users in the initial regions above. The absence of real-money funding, cash-out or prizes does not establish legality everywhere. Character age is not player age. New markets, payments, prizes or trading require renewed review.

界面显示的 ¥ 只是这一段人生的记账符号，是游戏内的虚拟货币，不是人民币，不代表任何真实货币的价值，也没有任何兑换比率。

• · 游戏内没有任何入口可以用真实货币购买游戏现金；牌桌不能用真钱补码、不能借钱下注、不能充值。买入的上限就是角色口袋里游戏里赚到的数额。
  Nothing anywhere in the game lets real currency buy in-game cash: the tables cannot be funded with real money, staked with borrowed money, or topped up. A buy-in is capped by what the character actually earned in-game.
• · 游戏内现金不能提现、不能转让、不能兑换任何现实商品或服务，游戏也不会因为你在牌桌上赢了而支付你任何东西。牌桌的输赢只改变这一局人生的虚拟余额。
  In-game cash cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for any real good or service, and the game pays you nothing for winning at a table. Table results move only that life's virtual balance.
• · 成就、财富榜、奖杯都只是展示，不发奖、不计价、不兑现。
  Achievements and the wealth board are display only: no prize, no value, no payout.
• · 牌桌（麻将、炸金花、押大小、德州扑克、斗地主、掼蛋）按游戏内角色年龄入座：麻将 / 斗地主 / 掼蛋 18 岁，炸金花 / 押大小 / 德州扑克 21 岁。这个角色年龄是模拟出来的数字，游戏不会验证屏幕前玩家的真实年龄——所以我们要求成年人自己判断，未成年人不得使用本游戏服务。
  The tables (mahjong, 炸金花 three-card poker, 押大小 hi-lo, hold'em, doudizhu, guandan) seat a character by in-game age: mahjong / doudizhu / guandan at 18, 炸金花 / 押大小 / hold'em at 21. That age belongs to the simulated character; the game verifies nothing about the real person at the screen — which is why adults should judge for themselves and minors must not use the game.

5. 云端存档服务的合理使用 Fair use of the save service

安装版提供独立离线人生，本机保存免费，无需账号。离线模式不提供购买、财富榜或受地区限制的牌桌；独立本机人生不能直接合并到云端账号。云端副本可离线继续，重新登录后须确认同步；多端冲突不自动合并。卸载应用或清除数据会删除本机进度，请按需在本机存档管理中导出。Android 首次安装与系统运行环境需已准备妥当；Windows 安装包含 WebView2 离线运行环境安装程序。离线功能不会扩大本服务的年龄或地区适用范围。

Installed apps include an independent offline life with free device saves and no account requirement. Purchases, leaderboards and region-restricted tables are unavailable in offline mode. An independent device life cannot be merged directly into a cloud account. A downloaded cloud life can continue offline; signing in again requires a sync decision, and device conflicts are not merged automatically. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local progress; export it from device-save management if needed. Android installation and the system runtime must already be available. The Windows installer includes the WebView2 offline runtime installer. Offline features do not expand the service's age or regional availability.

存档接口只为把它用起来的人服务。它接受的类型包括：注册与登录、读取与写入你自己的存档、事件日志、财富榜、共享行情新闻、剧情模板与一次健康检查。任何一段人生只能被它自己的会话读写——角色编号取自登录时签发的会话，不接受请求里的指定。写入有尺寸上限：单次请求不超过 2 MB，每张表最多 4000 行，每次最多附带 500 条流水与 500 条事件。

The save endpoint exists for players, not for callers. It accepts sign-up and sign-in, reading and writing your own save, event logs, the wealth board, shared market news, story templates and a liveness check. A life can only be read or written by its own session — the character id comes from the token issued at login, never from the request. Writes are capped: 2 MB per request, 4000 rows per table, and at most 500 ledger plus 500 event rows per save.

请不要：用脚本高频刷写（正常游玩时连续的变动会被合并成一次写入，无需你干预）、尝试读取或覆盖别人的存档、把接口当作通用数据库对外提供或转售、批量抓取共享内容做二次分发、用自动化工具伪造存档来打榜。我们可以对滥用行为限流或停止服务，已入档的账号也一样；这种情况我们优先通知并解释原因。

Please do not: hammer the endpoint with scripted writes (ordinary play already coalesces changes into one write), try to read or overwrite someone else's save, expose or resell the endpoint as a general-purpose database, bulk-harvest the shared content for redistribution, or drive automated tooling that fabricates saves to top the board. We may rate-limit or end service for abuse, including a paid slot; when we do, we tell you why first.

6. 你保留什么，我们保留什么 What is yours, what is ours

第三方组件及素材的权利归各自权利人，其许可证优先适用；包括 Phaser 的 MIT 许可证（许可证全文）。下述运营者权利不包含第三方独立拥有的权利。

Third-party components and assets remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses, including Phaser's MIT license. The operator's rights below exclude independently owned third-party rights.

你在那段人生里写下的故事与角色名归你；游戏的代码、美术、像素城市、文本库、名称与「amiabot」这些标识归运营者。你不付费也不会被授予或失去任何额外权利，付费也不买下游戏本身或任何内容授权。请把游戏的素材用于你自己的分享，不要用于商业分发或冒充官方。

The story and names you write into a life are yours; the code, artwork, pixel cities, text pools, and the "amiabot" identity belong to the operator. Playing for free grants or removes no right of yours, and paying buys no licence to the Game or its content. Use the game's visuals to share your own experience; do not redistribute them commercially or present anything as official.

7. 可用性与变更 Availability and changes

游戏按「现状」提供。它由一个人维护，我们不承诺 7×24 小时可用；数据库迁移、平台故障或功能调整都可能让存档短时间不可写。功能会增删，我们会把影响付费内容的变更写在相应页面。如果你决定不再玩，随时可以按隐私政策第 8 条要求删除账号与全部存档。

The Game is provided as it is. It is maintained by one person: we do not promise 24/7 availability, and migrations, platform incidents or feature work can make saves briefly unwritable. Features are added and removed; changes that affect paid content are reflected on the relevant page. If you decide to stop playing, you can ask us to delete your account and every save at any time under item 8 of the Privacy Policy.

8. 责任边界 Liability

以下限制仅在法律允许的范围内适用，不限制不可排除的消费者权利或依法不得免除的责任。The following limits apply only where permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

本游戏由独立开发者提供，不是公司。在法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用本游戏（包括服务中断或存档丢失）而产生的损失承担责任的上限，是你为该付费内容实际支付的金额；免费使用部分同样适用不可排除的法定权利。付款本身、发票与税费由 Creem 作为 merchant of record 处理，退款按退款政策执行。

This Game is offered by an individual developer, not a company. To the extent the law allows, our liability for losses arising from use of the Game — including downtime or a lost save — is capped at the amount you actually paid for the paid content; mandatory statutory rights also apply to free use. Payments, receipts and tax are handled by Creem as merchant of record, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

9. 条款会更新 Changes to these terms

条款更新会标明新的生效日期，并通过本页及游戏内入口公布；重大变更将按适用法律提供通知和必要的同意流程。账号邮箱用于验证与恢复，也可能用于必要的服务通知，不自动订阅营销邮件。已购买内容不因条款更新而失去原有权益。

Updates show a new effective date here and in the game. Material changes receive notice and any consent process required by applicable law. Account emails support verification, recovery and necessary service notices; registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Updates do not remove the original benefits of content already purchased.
