In-game New York. City names describe fictional settings, not service availability.

The market belongs to the fictional life

Pixel Life Online includes a generated market with companies, sectors, prices and a portfolio view. It is a game system that gives a character another way to make decisions about fictional money. The market is not connected to a brokerage, real exchange or cash withdrawal service.

Open the Market panel to search companies, filter a sector and sort the visible list. A quote or market-cap number describes the current simulation state. It does not promise a future result, and it should not be copied into a real investment plan.

Separate cash from assets

The character's cash balance is different from the value of a stock holding, property or other asset. Buying a share reduces fictional cash and creates a holding; a displayed value can move without cash being deposited. The return report also separates income, expenses and asset changes, so read all lines before judging a result.

A portfolio can therefore look different from the cash number after an away-time settlement. Review the transaction and event details, then decide whether the next in-game action fits the character's bills, health and housing needs.

Use limits as part of the challenge

The market screen supports a defined set of actions and visible sorting options. The game may restrict a purchase when the character lacks enough fictional cash or when a company is not available for that action. Read the denial text instead of assuming a hidden real-world rule.

Company names, sectors, prices and market caps are generated for play. They are not real issuers, securities or financial products. Pixel Life Online provides no investment advice, custody or redemption.

Make the disclaimer part of the play loop

A good virtual-market routine is simple: check cash and obligations, inspect the available information, make a small fictional decision, then watch the portfolio and event log over time. Keep enough attention on the rest of the life that the market remains one experiment among careers, study, property and relationships.

The service is intended for eligible adults outside mainland China. If a market display looks inconsistent, use Feedback in Settings with the company or screen name, never passwords, verification codes or private financial information.

Read a change before making another trade

When a holding changes value, compare the displayed share count and current quote with the cash balance. This helps distinguish a price movement from a purchase or sale. If the screen still seems inconsistent after reloading the accepted cloud save, report the visible values rather than repeatedly submitting the same trade.
