1. 真实年龄与主动确认 / Real age and affirmative confirmation

牌桌仅面向真实年龄已满21岁且达到所在地法定成年年龄的用户。21岁是本产品设定的最低门槛，不是对各地法律年龄的统一陈述。角色年龄与玩家年龄无关。每次进入牌室前均须主动确认年龄、地区及本协议，未勾选或不同意时不提供进入。年龄采用自我声明，并非证件核验；如当地要求更严格的核验，不应在完成相应措施前开放。

Real players must be at least 21 and legally adult locally. This is a product minimum, not a statement that all laws set the same age. Character age is irrelevant. Each visit requires affirmative age, region and agreement confirmations. Refusing leaves tables unavailable. Self-declaration is not document-based verification; markets requiring stronger assurance must remain unavailable until suitable measures exist.

The federal exclusion for qualifying free-credit games does not override state law. Washington's definition of value includes extended entertainment privileges, so it is excluded.
加拿大 / Canada	开放除魁北克（QC）以外的省和地区，须能确认有效省区；魁北克在法语条款及当地要求审查完成前暂不开放。仅提供无现实奖品、无付费参赛的虚拟玩法。 Provinces and territories other than Quebec (QC), with a valid subdivision required. Quebec is held pending French-language terms and local review. No real prizes or paid participation.
巴西、哥伦比亚 Brazil, Colombia	仅开放免费、无现实奖品、无交易价值的娱乐玩法；不包含其他南美国家。 Free recreational play without real-world prizes or transferable value only. Other South American countries are not included.
欧洲 / Europe	奥地利、比利时、瑞士、捷克、德国、西班牙、芬兰、法国、希腊、匈牙利、荷兰、挪威、罗马尼亚、瑞典、斯洛文尼亚。仅限当前无现实价值玩法，不表示欧盟统一许可或所有欧洲国家开放。 Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden and Slovenia. Current no-real-value play only; this is neither EU-wide authorization nor access across all Europe.
英格兰、苏格兰、威尔士 England, Scotland and Wales	首批开放，真实玩家21+。英国赌博委员会指出，可兑换现金或有价物品的游戏内物品可成为“金钱或金钱等价物”；本玩法禁止这些机制。不包括北爱尔兰；无法确认下属地区时关闭。 Initial release, real players 21+. The Gambling Commission treats cash-convertible or tradeable valuable items as money or money's worth. These mechanisms are prohibited here. 新西兰 / New Zealand	首批开放，真实玩家21+。内政部说明远程互动赌博受到限制，并区分真正免费参与的活动。本玩法无付费参赛、现实奖品或可兑付筹码；不得把当前开放理解为允许真钱赌博。 Initial release, real players 21+. DIA restricts remote interactive gambling and distinguishes genuinely free entry. No paid entry, real prizes or redeemable chips are offered here. Access does not authorize real-money gambling.
中国大陆 / Mainland China	不提供游戏及牌桌服务；不得规避地区限制。 No gameplay or table service. Do not evade restrictions.

This release scope is based on the current no-real-value design, not regulatory approval or proof that every legal obligation is fulfilled. See the official sources above. Adding payment, prizes, trading or transferable value requires a new review before release.

The operator must review a market before adding it. This page does not claim to cover all global laws. Hosting-provider geolocation may be inaccurate and cannot prove residence. Players must reside in the detected region and satisfy local eligibility; proxies and false declarations must not be used to bypass restrictions. Access may be suspended when applicable rules change.

3. 虚拟玩法与无现实价值 / Fictional play with no real-world value

牌桌仅使用游戏中获得的虚拟游戏币。不能以真钱购买或充值筹码，不能兑换现金、实物、可转让权益或任何现实奖励；不提供玩家之间的币、筹码或账号交易服务，禁止私下交易及以游戏结果进行现实赌约。可选云端存档收费不赠送筹码、不改变胜率、不提供牌桌数值优势。虚拟玩法并不当然免于模拟博彩、年龄分级或平台规则限制。

Tables use fictional currency earned in the game. No cash purchases or top-ups of chips, cash-out, merchandise, transferable benefits or real-world prizes. No player trading service is offered; off-platform sales and real-world wagers on results are prohibited. Optional cloud-save purchases grant no chips, improved odds or table advantage. Fictional play does not automatically exempt the product from simulated-gambling, age-rating or platform rules.

4. 风险提示与责任边界 / Risk notice and liability

本功能仅供娱乐，不提供赚钱机会，不构成赌博技巧培训或金融建议。若感到不适、沉迷或失控，请立即退出并寻求所在地适当支持。运营者可因安全、滥用或法律要求暂停或限制功能。服务中断或规则调整可能影响虚拟进度，虚拟余额不具有现实兑付价值。任何条款均不排除依法不可排除的责任、法定消费者权利或数据权利；同意本协议不构成放弃向监管机关投诉或依法救济的权利。

This is entertainment, not an income opportunity, gambling training or financial advice. Stop and seek appropriate local support if play causes distress or loss of control. Access may be restricted for safety, abuse prevention or legal reasons. Interruptions and rule changes may affect fictional progress; balances have no redemption value. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, statutory consumer or data rights, regulatory complaints or lawful remedies.

5. 确认记录与联系 / Confirmation records and contact

服务端保存最近一次牌桌确认的协议版本、时间和平台提供的国家代码，随账号记录保留，用于准入管理及处理争议；不因本流程收集身份证件、出生日期或精确位置。可按隐私政策请求访问、导出、更正或删除。更新准入要求后须重新确认；未满足资格时不能进入。

The server retains the latest table agreement version, time and provider-supplied country code with the account for access administration and disputes. This flow collects no identity documents, birth date or precise location. Privacy-policy rights include access, export, correction and deletion. Updated access requirements need renewed confirmation; ineligible players cannot enter.
